Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss the denial of self for every believer. We must keep our eyes on Christ alone and His finished work or we will see a revival of the sin nature in our lives. No one could keep the law perfectly but Jesus Christ. The believer will see holiness in their lives that is pleasing to God, but that cannot be attained by self-efforts. These good things, i.e., fruit, will come into our lives by faith alone; faith in what Christ already won for us on Calvary’s Cross.
