Grace reigns through the blood of Jesus Christ. Today on The Message of The Cross, Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart and panel discuss David’s prayer in Psalm 51:12-13. When we fail the Lord, if we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to forgive us. God will completely restore the believer, no matter the sin. The panel discusses when a person in church leadership, is forgiven by God of a heinous crime, there still must be wisdom and discernment with regards to whether to keep that person in certain positions, especially when the sin committed involved a child. Jesus died on the Cross to atone for all sinners who come to Him with a truly repentant heart; through His forgiveness, we find victory and have a testimony to share the Gospel.
