THE GOD OF THE IMPOSSIBLE- Tonight at Family Worship Center, special guests Thomas and Sheila Sloan join the worship team. They both were former Family Worship Center singers in the 80’s and 90’s. Sister Sheila also taught as a professor at JSBC. Pastor Mike Muzzerall reads Ezekiel 37:1-14, teaching how we can walk through our valleys when we know God. God told Ezekiel, dry bones can live again as He told him to prophesy that life will return. Ezekiel’s vision speaks of Israel, that she will be revived and restored by God in the coming end of the Great Tribulation. We see her condition, her challenge, and then the challenge is met, and then we see the concluding prophecy. Believers can apply this lesson to our lives today; that is, our valley of dry bones, i.e., our disappointments, crushed dreams, and failures. Brother Mike says while the environment around us looks like dry, dead bones, we must remember, “but God”. He can open graves, and the dry bones of our lives can live again. We have a God that does the impossible. He is our hope; will you let Him breathe on your circumstances, so He can finish your promised miracle?
